April Groovy Vibes

I love going into the studio when the weather is cold, wet and grey. For some reason I get an extra burst of energy. Here in Seattle our sunny blue skies have turned to grey… A lot of you might take this as an excuse to stay indoors and not move your body, but with all the live streaming that studios are offering there is no excuse to get up off your tush.

This playlist has a steady groove beat to it. I can guarantee you’ll want to move your body.

Staying committed to your Health should be at the top of your list, and movement should be part of your daily practice.

As with all my “beats” playlists, there is a cool song at the end, either lay down, or come to a comfortable sitting position. Either way, rest one hand on your heart and the other on your stomach. Close your eyes. Breathe deeply into the incredible connection with your body by being still.
