In Caring Circle, we’ll support your grief through the challenges of caring for a child with disabilities or chronic medical needs. We’ll help you navigate feelings of isolation, shock, and the overwhelming responsibilities that come with caregiving. Understand that you’re not alone—what you’re experiencing is a natural response to the profound challenges you face.

As we continue to grow, we focus on compassionately integrating the demands of caregiving with our need for self-care. In Caring Circle, we support one another and practice mindfulness, recognizing that caring for ourselves is just as important as caring for our children.

Open your heart to the realities of your journey. Learn to recognize the stress and trauma that can keep us feeling stuck, and discover strategies to manage these intense emotions. Together, we’ll work towards finding a sense of peace that honors where you are right now.

We didn’t choose this caregiving path, but we can choose how we walk it. In Caring Circle, we’ll ask ourselves important questions to overcome the challenges and blocks we encounter. Allow your curiosity to guide you as we explore new ways to navigate our caregiving journey, finding strength and resilience along the way.
HONORING CIRCLE
Love for our children never diminishes. Our relationships with them continue to grow and evolve, even as we face their medical challenges. Part of our caregiving journey is discovering new ways to nurture and support our needs too.
SACRED CIRCLE
This is a safe, judgment-free space where each person’s sovereignty is honored, allowing them to show up exactly as they are. In this space, caregivers find refuge, connection, and the freedom to express their truth among those who truly understand.
