Fall Beats Playlist

I created this Fall Beats playlist as an upbeat distraction, and as a way to get you off your tush. I hope you enjoy it as much I have teaching to it.

As always I finish with a couple chill songs to stretch, flow, or practice mindfulness. Use these 60 minutes to move you body, nourish your mind, body and spirit and as a way to inspire your health.
