Gratitude Beats
Gratitude Beats is an upbeat playlist with a grovey house vibe very similar to what I play when I’m teaching sweaty barre3 classes.
As with all the beats playlists I create this one is created for a 60 minute workout. The first tune is one of my favourite feel good songs called “Gratitude” by Rey Vercosa. I urge you to listen to the words and see if it brings out a new sense of mindfulness.
Gratitude comes in all shapes and depending where you are in life your experience can vary a great deal. Sharing gratitude creates a ripple effect and has a positive impact on people in your life. We all need more of that right?
One of family rituals is to share what we are grateful for at the dinner table. It can be something simple like the sky was blue today, or it can be deeper such as I how I feel being able to follow my passion and having a family who loves and supports me.
Just the simple act of you following me and listening to this playlist I am grateful.
