This healing meditation playlist is one I quite often listen to. It ties into the manifesting and meditation series I am currently sharing.

No need to be a pro at meditation. All you need is you and time. Pop in your ear buds, hit play, close your eyes and breathe. Meditation is hands down my favourite way to heal my body, body and spirit.

Next time you have a few extra minutes in your day create some white space. Allow yourself 5-20 minutes to decompress and simply be still.
