June Beats Playlist
June Beats is the latest deep base playlist that I created for my Barre classes. We are on week 11 of live streaming, but this week Seattle entered phase 2 which allowed us to open up the studio to 5 clients. I can’t tell you how incredible it is to have human bodies in the studio with me. There is nothing more empowering than seeing clients transform before my eyes. Some walk in with the weight of the world resting on their shoulders, but they leave feeling both energized and rested, balanced and fulfilled.
I love teaching and connecting with women who truly care about their health and happiness. Their dedication and willingness to show up is incredible.
I go through stages where a playlist comes together easily, and other times when nothing really grabs me. June beats came together so quickly and each time I play it time flies by. Before you know it, you’ll have moved your tush for 58 minutes then be transformed into bliss with a beautiful tune to stretch and connect to your breath.
Use this playlist when you need a little motivation to get your body up and moving. You can quickly build some heat with the tempo, it’s groovy, and high energy.
