- We will first spend some time talking about your previous experiences with meditation, any challenges you are experiencing, and your goals for the session. This is a safe space for you to open up and feel seen.
- All sessions include gentle somatic movements and simple yoga asanas to help you feel grounded and relaxed.
- Guided 20-minute meditation
- At the end of our session, Amanda will offer recommendations and share simple tips to incorporate meditation into your daily life.
