What is Primordial Sound Meditation?
Primordial Sound Meditation is a mantra-based meditation.
This powerful meditation technique was developed by Dr. Deepak Chopra and Dr. David Simon, based on the ancient wisdom from the Vedic teachings to release stress and experience inner calm and deep relaxation.
The word mantra means “vehicle of the mind.” It cuts through the mental chatter and reconnects you with your deepest, most peaceful self.
Primordial sounds are the basic, most essential sounds of nature and can be used to disconnect us from the activity of life.
When a mantra is repeated consistently during meditation you are then able to reach a state of deep rest as your nervous system calms down.
With the PSM technique, you can practice mantra meditation anytime, anywhere…
→ No apps!
→ No headphones to wear!
→ No wifi needed!
Just close your eyes and silently repeat your personalized mantra.
So simple. So profound.
How is PSM different?
➤ When you learn Primordial Sound Meditation, you will receive a personal mantra to use during meditation⎯the unique vibration the universe was creating at the time and place of your birth. It is calculated following Vedic mathematic formulas.
➤The formula for the primordial sound mantra is “aum (ohm) – bija mantra – namah.” The bija, or “seed,” mantra is unique to each individual and needs to be worked out using the latitude, longitude, and exact time of their birth.
➤ Primordial Sound Meditation isn’t about forcing the mind to be quiet, it’s about experiencing the silence that’s already there and making it a part of your life.
➤ When you silently, and effortlessly repeat your mantra in meditation, it creates a vibration that helps you slip into the space between your thoughts, into the complete silence that is sometimes referred to as “the gap”. This is where you tap into your true self and unlimited possibilities.

invite calm to the chaos!
Happy and healthy employees are less stressed and more productive. Turn burnout into balance with live workshops and digital experiences.

It’s a low-effort, high-impact, science-backed tool that can be done anywhere at any time to help improve overall well-being and performance.
basics of breathwork
Stressed? Anxious? Can’t sleep? Or looking for ways to relax? Want to release unresolved trauma?
Breathwork is a term for various breath patterns and techniques. It’s a safe powerful, and natural somatic-based healing modality that helps move energy in our body and regulate the nervous system.
- Breathe: Your breath is all you need
- Safe space: A safe quiet environment where you won’t be disturbed
- Mindful awareness: Focus on the breath to change how you feel.
- Rest: in mindful awareness
breathwork
How is breathwork different from Meditation?
Breathwork uses the power of controlled breathing…
Meditation offers a range of options, some include breathing techniques. Breathwork, on the other hand, is a focused practice using specific breathing patterns for targeted results. It’s a way to influence our mind-body connection, helping individuals access deeper emotional states to relax, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being.
Think of your mind like a TV with many channels; when you meditate or practice mindfulness, you’re simply observing thoughts and feelings without getting attached.
Imagine your breath as a remote control in breathwork, allowing you to shift how you feel. To relax, slow your breath—like gently filling a balloon. For more energy, breathe faster and deeper, like quickly inflating a larger balloon. It’s a tool to fine-tune your emotions simply by adjusting your breath.
Benefits of Breathwork
Breathwork taps into the body’s natural ability to heal
It creates pathways for personal transformation across mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual levels. By shifting from shallow, anxious breathing to deep, rhythmic breaths, breathwork activates the parasympathetic nervous system, helping us move from fight-or-flight to a state of calm. Since how we breathe reflects how we live, breathing fully can enhance our experience of life.
release trauma:
Breathwork can help release trauma by freeing the deep-rooted tension and stored energy within the subconscious. With deep, focused breathing, the strong link between mind, body, and spirit works to ease and diminish trauma.
mood support:
In our modern world, many struggle with anxiety, depression, and stress. Breathwork provides a safe, effective approach to managing these emotions, as well as grief and anger. Shallow, rapid breaths can heighten anxiety, while slow, deep abdominal breathing activates the parasympathetic nervous system, reducing heart rate and blood pressure. This shift helps calm the body, easing symptoms of stress, anxiety, and depression, while also fostering a sense of grounding and emotional balance.
increase energy & boost the immune system:
Breathwork increases oxygen in the blood, raising energy levels and stamina. The more oxygen you take in, the more energy your cells release, which supports immunity, compensates for poor sleep hygiene, and counteracts stress and anxiety that drain energy. By flooding the body with oxygen, breathwork also enhances physical performance.
Other benefits:
- Improve digestion
- Reduce stress & anxiety
- Reduce the experience of pain
- Boost mood
- Improve focus
- Improve sleep
- Connect to a higher state of consciousness
- Regulates blood sugar and diabetes
- Less reactive, more mindful and responsive to stressful situations
