Move your tush Playlist

I woke up today feeling the incredible energy Momma Nature is providing us. Here in Seattle we have sunny blue skies, making it the perfect weather to workout outdoors. Did you know the air quality in your home is less than ideal? When you step outdoors your mind wakes up, any foggy feelings seem to just vanish and you naturally get an energy buzz.

After a booty kicking barre I love to lay down, close my eyes and relax in the gentle breeze and heat from the sun. I swear, since we can’t workout together in the studio right now, take your practice outdoors and notice how your energy levels naturally increase.

I made this playlist for you to get up off your tush and move! Daily movement is crucial right now. You need to be able to get out of your head, get off your tush, stop scrolling through social media and move. Movement releases your happy hormones and right now we all need more of those flooding our body.

As with all my “beats” playlists, there is a cool song at the end, either lay down, or come to a comfortable sitting position. Either way, rest one hand on your heart and the other on your stomach. Close your eyes. Breathe deeply into the incredible connection with your body by being still.
