Stress Reduction Meditation Playlist

Hi Beautiful!

Taking care of yourself has never been more important. You might be feeling a disconnect with you mind, body and spirit connection. Perhaps your food choices have been (at times) less than optimal — no one is perfect! You might have started your day with all the right intentions to stream your favourite instructors class, yet didn’t! Sound familiar? How about your work? Are you able to be productive at home? Are you able to juggle your new responsibilities?

Daily meditation and movement are the anchors in my daily wellness practice and have become more so during the unsettling times we are living in.

Meditation helps me find peace and I am able to get out of my overactive mind. I find deep comfort when I am still and full present. Even after a quick 5 minute meditation my mind and body feel restored and balanced. Remember, there is no right way to meditate and there is no time limit.

Movement works in a similar way. After a good 45 -60 min workout I always feel energized, upbeat and a sense of euphoria — hello endorphins!

Last week I sent out an email asking my readers to tell me how they are feeling and how I can best support their needs. I had such an incredible response (thank you), and almost everyone acknowledged that they are wrestling with fear, anxiety and lack of sleep.

Quiet your over active mind

If you mind is over active and you find yourself not able to achieve much of anything you need to do a re-set, re-boot, do-over — you need to refresh you mind!

If meditation is new to you, or sounds scary, head outdoors and listen to the playlist I have created as you take a movement style of meditation. But, if you are willing, find a quiet place and completely release and allow yourself to bliss out. Be sure to pop a do not disturb sign on your door, better yet, invite your loved ones to join you.

I created this 60 minute Stress Reduction Playlist as a tool you can use as background music when you are working, doing your best at home-schooling, or whenever you need to soothe and release any feelings of unease.
