Me too! Or I did for years. That’s why with TWB, you will never feel alone again. Periods of chronic or traumatic stress reshape your nervous system so that it quickly shifts you into fight, flight or freeze when you’re under every day stress and returning to your True Self can take longer and at times almost impossible. This leads to emotional and physiological dysregulation, affecting your emotions, moods as well as your physical and spiritual health. In other word you loose connection with your truth.

If you’re dysregulated, you might have regular feelings of overwhelm and fear, or disconnected, lethargic or numb. You may experience relationship struggles, lack of self-confidence, and at times like a failure.
