You’ve heard me share how important having a meditation practice is to my overall wellbeing. Many of you have asked what music I listen to, so I thought I’d share a few of my favourite tracks I often use.
December can be a crazy month where your self love and self care rituals fall to the wayside. Are you ready for a little YOU time? Self-care and acts of Self-love are mandatory if you ask me! If you find yourself wishing for more time in your day, chances are you need to give yourself a break.
