Creamy Mango Popsicles

Ingredients

Creamy Mano Popsicles

  • 2 fresh mangos, skin removed, chopped choose ripe and ready to eat mangos
  • 1 1/2 cup non dairy milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp raw cashews optional

Chocolate Dip

  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp raw cacao powser
  • 1-2 tsp maple syrup*
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch sea salt

Instructions

Creamy Mango Popsicles

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth

  2. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze until sold, minimum of 4 hours.

Chocolate Dip

  1. Using a double burner, bring water to a boil, reduce to simmer. Add all ingredients to a heat proof bowl, stir a few times to combine when coconut oil has melted and chocolate is lump free, remove from heat. Allow to cool until chocolate starts to thicken but is still smooth.

  2. Drizzle over popsicles or dip popsicles into the chocolate.
