Drink your greens smoothie
Ingredients

oz
2 cups coconut water
1
tbsp
chia seeds
1
tbsp
hemp seeds

tbsp
almond butter
raw
2
kale leaves
1
cup
packed spinach
5
sprigs of parsley
1
cup
fresh pineapple
sliced into chunks
½
an english cucumber*
sliced
juice from 1 lemon
1
serving of reishi
knob of ginger
couple ice cubes
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a high speed blender, and blend on high until smooth

* if using a regular cucumber, be sure to peel the skin
for a richer smoothie use non dairy milk of choice
