Drink your greens smoothie

Ingredients

  • 16 oz 2 cups coconut water
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp almond butter raw
  • 2 kale leaves
  • 1 cup packed spinach
  • 5 sprigs of parsley
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple sliced into chunks
  • ½ an english cucumber* sliced
  • juice from 1 lemon
  • 1 serving of reishi
  • knob of ginger
  • couple ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a high speed blender, and blend on high until smooth

Recipe Notes

  • * if using a regular cucumber, be sure to peel the skin
  • for a richer smoothie use non dairy milk of choice
