Fruit Cocktail Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 - 1 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1 mandarin seeds removed
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen pitaya or 1 tbsp dried pitaya (dragon fruit)
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

Instructions

  1. Add the coconut water to your high speed blender, followed by the mandarin then remaining ingredients. Blend on high until the smoothie is creamy. Pour into your glass and relish every last sip.
