Herbed Cauli' Rice

A delicious alternative to rice.

Servings 4 people

Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower chopped
  • 2 tbsp dried chives
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • pinch salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Remove all greens. Then wash and thoroughly dry cauliflower

  2. Chop the cauliflower into small chunks. Either using the grater attachment, grate the cauliflower into "rice", or with a blade, pulse until rice is formed.

  3. Transfer to a clean nut milk bag, and squeeze excess water out.

  4. Sauté in a larg skillt ovr m

Recipe Notes

  • You can use a box grater if you don't have a food processor
  • Paper towels make a great alternative to a nut milk bag for extracting excess moisture
