Pour coconut water and fresh orange juice into a high speed blender first, then the remaining ingredients. Blend until thick and creamy.
Pour into a glass and serve immediately, or store sealed in the refrigerator. Remember to give it a shake before drinking.

If you want to increase the protein content, add a scoop of your favourite protein powder, and as always, use organic whenever possible.
Acai powder is an alternative to the frozen acai packets you typically find in the refrigerator. Most frozen acai is sweetened as it is naturally rather tart. If you choose to use frozen double check the ingredients there is no added sugar.
