Vegan Parmesan cheese

Ingredients

  • ½ cup raw sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup raw walnuts
  • ¼ cup hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast

Instructions

Directions:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor, pulse until the ingredients take a fine bread crumb texture
  2. Store in a sealed glass container in the refrigerator

Feel free to sub any nut of your choosing for the walnuts.
